We play by the rules of every region we work in. It's the first thing we settle, before anything gets built. In plain terms:

You own the infrastructure: hosting is set up in your name, in the region you choose (Europe, Canada or the United States). You keep full control.
Never the consumer versions: we use business-grade access, so your data is never used to train the models. Zero-retention options available.
Compliance by region: GDPR in Europe, Law 25 in Quebec, PIPEDA in Canada, and the applicable frameworks in the United States. We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement, and keep your data wherever you need it.
